Bidding

Live onsite bidding registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. on auction day. Bidding seminars will be held prior to the auction start time of 10:00 a.m. (MST). Bidders will be able to participate in a mock auction that demonstrates the buyer's choice bidding method.

Internet bidding will be available through Proxibid.com. Buyers that anticipate using this on-line feature are encouraged to view the tutorial and participate in the on-line bidding seminars provided at Proxibid.com. To receive an email notification of the dates and times for the on-line bidding seminars, register your email address at the auction web site; SteamboatGrandAuction.com or at Proxibid.com.

We recommend that Internet bidders request an Auction Brochure that includes the unit charts, unit floor plans, and floor level charts. The auction brochure will be a very useful tool in helping bidders determine unit purchase selections and making buying decisions. The auction brochure is available through the US mail free of charge. To request a brochure please provide your mailing address at SteamboatGrandAuction.com or call 877-754-4647.

Absentee bids can be submitted on-line at Proxibid.com or via US mail. Absentee bidding (Pre-bidding) allows you to leave bids prior to the start of the auction. Your bid will be presented for you on-site, up to your maximum bid amount. See the PIP for a copy of the absentee bid mail form. Visit Proxibid.com for leaving an on-line absentee bid.
